Group Session Cost: $60 per session
Individual and couples sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are not covered by insurance. Group Therapy sessions are 90-min and are also not covered by insurance. Rates are below. Feel free to contact me for more information.
What approach do you use?
My work is informed by an approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS), a way of exploring the feelings, reactions, and patterns that sometimes pull you in different directions. You'll get to know these parts of yourself with curiosity instead of judgment, so they can begin to relax and heal. You'll also learn to connect with your calm, confident self and lead your life with more clarity and compassion. Other approaches I draw from include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Do you offer in person or telehealth appointments?
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments at this time.
